Adding Items to Your Cart

Click Add to Cart option. The Add to Cart fly-out appears.

Depending on whether you add print and/or digital templates will dictate what will appear on the Add to Cart fly-out.

For a print template:
- Select one of the available options from the Delivery Method drop-down list:
Note: If there is only one delivery method available, Delivery Method cannot be changed.

Print

If you are using Output Specs on your account, then select an appropriate entry from the available list for the content. Output Specs are associated with a partner. Otherwise, if you do not have Output Specs, just select the appropriate Partner from the dropdown list.

NOTE: You will only see the partners available for the default country location that is set on your profile.

Complete any of the partner specific input fields that are presented, for example Delivery Date or PO Number. Mandatory fields are marked with *****.

Select an Output Type if you wish to change this from the default setting. The available options are listed.

Enter the Quantity.

If appropriate, select an Output spec option for the quantity of the ordered item. Note: The available options are also listed in a table on the right-hand side of the Add to Cart fly-out.

Email to self

This option, if available, will send content to your email address.

If additional CC recipients are allowed to receive a copy of the order, then add these in the Send To field.

E-Delivery

This option, if available, will send the ordered content to the selected Customer User via email. Read more about Customer Users Note: Crop marks are always hidden for E-Delivery items.

Customer contact is mandatory if you select this option.

- Optional: If the Comment field is available, add a comment with additional information. The comment will be included in the order details and sent to the partner.
- For a digital template:

Digital Partner

You can only see partners that are available for your default country location that is set on your profile.

Complete any of the partner-specific input fields that are presented (for example, Delivery Date or PO Number). Mandatory fields are marked with *****.

To change the output type, select Output Type.** Note:** If the ordered item is a multi-frame digital template, the output gets delivered as ZIP package, with separate output files for each frame.

This option, if available, will send content to your email address.

E-Delivery

Once all mandatory fields are completed on the Add to Cart fly-out, the OK option becomes enabled.

Click OK to add the item to the Cart. The Cart counter number updates and the cart page opens. For further steps, refer to the Placing an Order section.
