Getting Started

Logging In

By default, Brandgility uses an SSO (Single Sign On) system. If you need credentials, please ask your Brandgility system administrator, or contact Elateral.

If your system administrator has configured Direct login functionality, you can log in using your email address and your chosen password. For further details, see Using Direct login.

If Terms and Conditions are applicable for your organisation, then the first time you log in to Brandgility, you will be asked to accept these, before you are able to continue. (If the terms and conditions change at a later date, you will be asked to re-accept these when you next log in.)

You may also be asked to configure fields on your profile. It is possible that in the future, you could be asked to update these or to configure new fields that become required for your profile. This is to ensure you have the best user experience, as these fields may be used to determine default settings and options during template configuration. For further details, please see My Profile.

Throughout the system the content which you can view, edit, customize and order is based on the permission and access control associated with your role. Your role is managed by your Administrator.

Using Direct login

Note: To activate this feature, contact your system administrator. 

When you receive an Invite request from Brandgility it includes a link to access the application. To use the Direct login invite to access Brandgility:

  1. Select the invite link.

Note: If the following message is displayed, the invite link has expired:

The link is no longer valid. Contact your account manager.

Contact your account manager to send a new Invite request.

  1. On the first sign-in page, create your password, confirm it, and select Login.

To re-access Brandgility using the Direct login method:

  1. Select Direct Login.

  1. Enter your email address and your password, then select Login.

Resetting your password

If you forget your Direct Login password, you can reset it. To reset the password:

  1. On the sign in screen, select Forgotten Password?

  2. In the Email field, provide your email address. Note: The email address must match your user's email address configured by the account manager.

Note: The Email field is case-sensitive. Make sure you do not use capital letters.

  1. Select Reset Password. The following message is displayed: If an account with that email address exists an email has been sent.

  2. Select the password reset link in your inbox.

  3. Create a new password and confirm it to complete the reset process.
