My Orders

To view a log of your order history, select My Account and then choose the My Orders option or access this from the Quick links option on the Home page.

Each order has the following identifiers:

• Reference:

This consists of a sequential Order number plus an item number within the order.

• ID:

This is the unique Configuration ID, generated for this configured design.

• Filename

This is a generated file name for the item (as defined by the Template Author).

In addition, each item shows its current status (In Progress, Waiting Approval or Completed and may have an option to download the ordered output (if at a Completed status and if this permission has been granted by the Administrator for this content type). The order status is automatically updated as it is progressed.

Click on the Download option to obtain a copy of the ordered item, displayed in your browser.

Additional information is also shown about the ordered item. For a print item, this will show: Content Type, Delivery Method, Output Spec, Output Spec Option, Output Type, Comments, Delivery Address, Quantity, Price and Cost. For a digital item, this will also show the file size, depending on the selected Output Type.

The page is grouped by orders and shows both kits and single configured items. You can expand or collapse the details of an order by clicking the twisty icon on the right:

For orders that contain kits, the item details of the kit can be accessed by clicking the twisty icon under the kit name:

Copying an Ordered Item to My Saved Items

Click on the symbol to place a copy of the ordered item into your Saved Items. The symbol is displayed alongside a single configured item or against a kit of ordered items. When clicked, the Save As fly-out opens. Enter the Name and Comment (if available), then click Save. A copy of the ordered item is added to My Saved Items and it can then be reconfigured as a new order.

Re-order an Ordered Item

Click on the symbol if you wish to reconfigure the ordered kit or single configured item again and submit as a new order. The configuration panel or My Workbench panel will be displayed with the selected item(s) for reconfiguration and re-order.
