Shared Order History

If enabled by your administrator, the Shared order history will provide a search of any configured item that has been ordered.

This can be found by selecting the My Account option and then Shared Order History.

This page will only show the configured/ordered items that are accessible by you, based on your role.

The key aspects of this page are:

  • The default view is to show all available configured and ordered items.

  • You can display your content either in tile or list mode, click the icons as shown below.

  • You can sort your information (Name is shown in alphabetical order, Modified shows the last modified item first and Relevancy displays the content based on the closest match to your keyword search)

  • You can choose the number of items you wish to display per search page: 20, 50, 100, 200

  • You can navigate through the pages using the < and > keys or entering the page number.

In addition to the standard search filters, the Shared Order History also provides additional filters for:

  • Order item created date

  • Order item customer

  • Order item owner
