Configuring a Template in a Kit

Click on the Edit icon } to begin configuring a template. If your administrator has enabled the Manage pages option for the template, choose how many pages you require. Note: You can also add or delete pages later.

The preview of the template and the supporting questions are displayed.

Click the Show/Hide Editable Area icon on the tool bar, to highlight the editable elements or areas on the preview.

Click on each editable element or area on the preview to display the questions relevant to the element or area.

Complete all of the mandatory questions and any other relevant questions, this may include:

Completing text input fields

Formatting the text using any available style/formatting options

Completing numeric input fields
-
Selecting from dropdown lists, checkbox lists and/or radio button lists

Selecting items from a picker question. To do this, click the magnifying glass icon so that the search picker fly-out opens

Nudging any text or image elements that are not locked on the preview panel.

Using the icon to undo previous actions, or the icon to redo previous actions. Up to 100 actions are stored and can be undone and redone. This only works for some actions.

If your template has multiple pages, you can:

Click on the arrows that are shown either side of the current page in the preview panel, to view the other pages in the template.

Use the icons and options in the navigation bar at the bottom of window, and:

Select to add another page.
-
Select to delete the current page.

Select a page thumbnail and drag and drop it elsewhere on the navigation bar to reorder the pages.

To view the bleed and/or margin on the preview, click the icon to toggle these on/off.

If the template is digital and has multiple pages, an animation bar is shown, as follows:
With this, you can:

Select to start the animation preview.

Select to pause the animation preview.
-
Select to stop the animation preview.
-
Select to continuously repeat the animation preview.

Click anywhere on the animation progress bar to preview the selected animation phase.
To stop the animation, click anywhere on the Preview or Question panel.

When you have completed all the mandatory fields (these are marked with a *) for this template, continue customizing the next item in your kit.

When your kit is complete, and all mandatory fields have been completed, the Add to Cart option will become enabled. See Adding Items to Your Cart.

If Order Now is available, then this option will become enabled as well. See Order Now.
