Apply to all items function

The Apply to all items function is used when a kit contains multiple templates with the same questions. If the Apply to all items function is enabled, when a change is made to a question in one template, the same change is made in all templates with the question.

Note: To use the Apply to all items function on a question, the question must have the same ID in each location it is used.

To enable the Apply to all items function on a Question:

1. From the template page, select the Question you would like to edit.

2. From the Properties pane, select the General tab.

3. From the Controls menu, select Apply to all items.

4. From the Default list, select one of the following:

• Yes: Apply to all items is enabled by default for the question but can be manually disabled by a user when configuring a kit.

• No: Apply to all items is disabled by default for the question but can be manually enabled by a user when configuring a kit.
