Date Picker Question
Overview
A Date Picker Question asks the end user to provide a date.
Creating a Date Picker Question
To create a Date Picker Question:

In the top-left corner, select +.

In the Questions section, select Date Picker Question. The new Date Picker Question is displayed in the Questions pane. The question properties are displayed in the Properties pane.

Use the Properties pane on the right-hand side of the page to set the question properties.
Date Picker Question properties
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Date Format | Select the date format. |
| Date Type | Select Single Date or Date Range. |
| Date Options | Select Future Date to require the end user to enter a future date. Select Any Date to allow the end user to enter any date. |
| Mandatory | If selected, the end user must complete the question. * appears below the question field to indicate it is mandatory. |
| Apply to all items | See [section 9.5]. |
