Collections
Collections are used to collate different content items together. They are also used to share content with a Customer user.

Assigning the Collections permissions
Access to the management of collections is set via various permissions on a role.
To allow an administrator to manage the Collection Header asset, set the following permission:

From the My Account menu, select Manage Roles.

Select
for the Role that you want to edit. -
Select Permissions.

In the System Setup section, select the Manage Collections permission.
To allow a Brandgility User to manage their Collections, set the following permissions:

From the My Account menu, select Manage Roles.

for the Role that you want to edit. -
Select Permissions.

In the User Permissions section, select the Can Manage My Collections option.
Manage Collections
It is possible to use a Library Asset type to store Collection Header images. These are then available to Brandgility users to select from when managing their collections.
To set an Asset type to be used for the Collection Header image:

From the My Account menu, select Manage Collections.

In the Header Asset Type drop-down, select the appropriate Asset type.

Select Save in the top right-hand corner.
