Wizard Lists

You can customize your pages with wizard lists.

A wizard list displays a list of items that can be used to navigate directly to the content of interest, for example newly added templates. You can use wizard lists to create shortcuts to campaigns and assets that you would normally need to filter the search page for.

To add a wizard list to a page:

  1. Create a wizard list.

  2. Add your wizard list to a page.

Creating a Wizard List

To create a wizard list:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Wizard Lists.

  2. Select to create a new wizard list.

  3. Configure the following options:

NameEnter a name for your new wizard list.
Content TypeSelect the type of content that the list displays (i.e. Campaign, Asset) or All.
Content SubtypeSelect a sub-type of the specified Content Type (e.g. Print Template) or All.
Based On- Select New if you want the list to be based on newly added content.
- Select Attribute if you want the list to be based on a specified search attribute.
Wizard FilterBased on the specified Content Type and Content Subtype, select one or more filters that the list displays.
Wizard PrefiltersFor each filter selected in Wizard Filter, a prefilter is shown. Select the icon next to the prefilter to choose which of its entries should be used as a preselection and then use the Select button to confirm your choice. The Wizard Prefilter will filter the content by the selected entries.
AttributeSelect an attribute (e.g. Brand).
Number Of DaysDisplay items that were created in the span of the entered number of days.
Max ItemsEnter the maximum number of items that can be displayed on the list.
  1. In the top right corner, select Save.

  2. In the top right corner, select Save.

Adding a Wizard List to a page

To add a wizard list to a page:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Pages.

  2. Create a new page, or select to edit an existing page.

  3. Add a new section, or select to edit an existing section.

  4. Configure the following options:

    a. From Type, select Wizard List.

    b. From Item, select an existing wizard list.

    c. In the Appearance section, configure the appearance of your new wizard list.

NameEnter a name for your wizard list.
TypeSelect Wizard List.
ItemSelect the wizard list that you want to use.
AppearanceConfigure the appearance of your new wizard list:
- In Background Image, upload a background image for your wizard list.
- From Columns, select how many columns your wizard list will display.
- In Bullet Image, upload an image that your wizard list will display as bullet images.
- In Inline Styles, edit the wizard list's style.

a. In the top right corner, select Add.
