Dashboard Pages

Dashboard pages allow you to display a dashboard or report. Selected from those available in the application.

For example, you can configure a dashboard page to show:

  • A chart with all templates ordered by the user

  • A list of the user's recent search terms

  • A system report with user login data

  • The user's orders for each customer

  • A dashboard with approval chains

Creating a Dashboard Page

To create a new dashboard page:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Dashboard Pages.

  2. Select to create a new dashboard page.

  3. In Name, enter a name for your new dashboard page.

  4. In URL Suffix, enter a URL suffix for your new dashboard page, e.g.

  5. In Header Text, enter and format the header text of your new dashboard page.

  6. In Footer Text, enter and format the footer of your new dashboard page.

  7. At Footer Links, select to create a link in the footer. Enter the Name (this will display as the link text) and the URL that you want to link to.

    • Optional: To make the linked page display in a new window, check the Open In Separate Window box.

    • To add additional links, repeat step 7.

  8. From Dashboard, select the dashboard or report that you want to display on your new dashboard page.

  9. In the top right corner, select Save.

  10. In the top right corner, select Save.

Linking to a Dashboard Page

To link to an existing dashboard page:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Dashboard Pages.

  2. From the External Link column, copy the URL of the required dashboard page.

  3. When setting up your UI, paste the dashboard page URL in the required element (e.g. a link tile).
