Allowing approvers to edit the ordered configured output

It is possible to allow approvers in your organization to edit the configured output that is pending approval. To use this option, you need to configure two areas:

• The approver's permissions

• The appropriate asset details.

To allow an approver to edit designs pending approval:

1. From My Account, select Manage Roles.

2. For the approver you want to edit, select Edit Role.

3. From the menu on the left, select Permissions.

4. In the User Permissions section, select Can Approve and Can Edit Approvals.

5. Select Update.

Note: You can only enable Can Edit Approvals if Can Approve is selected.

To allow approvers with Can Edit Approvals to edit the ordered design of a specific asset:

1. On the Search page, find the asset you want to modify.

2. On the asset tile, select Edit this Asset. The details page opens.

3. In the Order Approval section, make sure the asset is assigned to an order approval chain.

4. Select the Can be edited by approver checkbox.

5. Select Save.
