Managing output sizes

If you have the appropriate permission, then the Manage Output Sizes option is available via My Account. Output sizes can be configured, grouped and structured and then applied when building a template.

Output sizes are grouped. You can add a new output size to an existing group or create a new group.

Note: Select and to expand and collapse a group.

To add an output size to a group:

1. For the group you want to add an output size to, select .

2. Select Add Size.

The add size flyout is shown.

3. Enter a name, width and height.

4. Select the measurement units if available.

5. Select Create.

The output size is added to the group.

To delete an output size:

1. For the output size you want to delete, select .

2. Select Delete.

A confirmation box is shown.

3. Select Yes.

To add a group:

1. Select Add Group.

The add group flyout is shown.

2. In Name, enter a meaningful name.

3. From the Type drop-down, select a type.

4. Select Create.

The group is added to the list of groups.

To edit a group name or type:

1. For the group you want to edit, select .

2. Select Edit.

The edit group flyout is shown.

3. Edit the name or type.

4. Select Update.

To delete a group:

Note: A group can only be deleted when it is empty. If there are output sizes in the group you want to delete, first delete the output sizes, and then delete the group.

1. For the group you want to delete, select .

2. Select Delete.

A confirmation box is shown.

3. Select Yes.
