Pages

To modify your Home page structure, you can create pages (i.e. the Home page or Sub Pages).

Each page can contain multiple sections, has its own URL that you can link to, and offers various customization options.

To add a page to your application:

  1. Create a page.

  2. Populate your page with sections.

  3. Link to your page (if it is a sub page).

Creating a New Page

To add a new page:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Pages.

  2. Select to add a new page.

  3. Configure the following options:

SettingDescription
Home PageTo set this page as your home page, check this box.
NameEnter a name for your new page.
URL SuffixIf this page is a sub page, enter a URL suffix for the page, e.g. /your-page-url-suffix The page's URL address follows this pattern: https://[your-domain.brandgility.com]/sub-pages/[your-subpage-URL-suffix]
Breadcrumb NameEnter a breadcrumb name for the page. Select the Show Breadcrumb name on the page checkbox if you want the breadcrumb name to be visible on that page.
Background ColorChoose the page's background color.
Background ImageUpload a background image for the page.
SectionsThe Breadcrumbs section is automatically added to your page. Select to set the appearance of your breadcrumbs. For more details on configuring sections on your page, see Adding a New Section.
FontsChoose fonts for the text on this page.
Inline StylesEdit the page's style using Inline Styles.
CSSEdit the page's style using CSS.

  1. In the top-right corner, select Add.

  2. To change the order of your pages, drag and drop the icon.

  3. In the top-right corner, select Save. To see your changes, go to the page's URL address.

Adding a New Section

After you create a page, you can populate it with sections:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Pages.

  2. Create a new page, or select to edit an existing page.

  3. In the Sections section, select .

  4. Configure the following options:

NameEnter a name for your new page section.
TypeChoose the type of your new page section: - Ad Rotator - Footer - Tile List - Notification Bar
ItemSelect an existing item that you want to display in your new page section. You can only select elements that you already configured. For more information, see the following sections: - Ad Rotator - Footer - Tile List - Notification Bar
AppearanceConfigure the appearance of your new page section. For the Tile List section type, you can select Center Align to display your tiles centered on the page. In Background Image, upload a background image for the page section. In Inline Style, you can edit the section's style using Inline Styles.

  1. In the top-right corner, select Add.

  2. In the top-right corner, select Save.

  3. In the top-right corner, select Save. To see your changes, go to the edited page.

Linking to a Page

To link to an existing page:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Pages.

  2. From the External Link column, copy the URL of the required page.

  3. When setting up your UI, paste the page URL in the required element (e.g. a Static link tile).
