Image Sections

Image Sections

You can customize your pages with image sections.

An image section may contain an image file or a video file.

Note: For the video files, Brandgility accepts MP4 and MOV formats. The maximum file size is 100 MB.

Creating an Image Section

To create an image section:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Image Section.

  2. At Add Image Section, select .

  3. Configure the following options:

NameEnter a name for your new image section.
ImageEither drag and drop an image or a video into the dotted box or click to search for and upload an image or a video. When uploaded, a reference ID is displayed under the image box, for example: Hyw6ykedu. You can use this reference ID, for example, to refer to the image in an email. Note: The system does not generate reference numbers for videos.
Alt tag- Optional: To add alternative text for the image, complete this field. Read more about alternative text.
URL or Email- Enter a URL or email address for the image section to link to. - Optional: To make the linked page display in a new window, check the Open In Separate Window box.

  1. In the top-right corner, select Add.

  2. In the top-right corner, select Save.

Adding an Image Section to a Page

To add an image section to a page:

  1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Pages.

  2. In the required page row, select .

  3. In Sections, select .

  4. Configure the following options:

NameEnter a name for your new image section.
TypeSelect Image.
ItemSelect the image section that you want to use.
AppearanceConfigure the appearance of your image section.

  1. In the top-right corner, select Add.

  2. In the top-right corner, select Save.

  3. In the top-right corner, select Save.

To see your changes, go to the edited page.
