Managing Brief Requests

If Brief Requests are being supported, then each time a user submits a request, they are listed here. (Also, if you are a designated contact, then you will receive an email notification with the details of the request).

You can use the Manage Brief Requests section to view the status and details of all brief requests raised by your users. It also allows you to download any attachments to a brief request.

To view all brief requests:

  1. Select My Account > Manage Brief Requests.

All brief requests are listed.

  1. Locate the brief request on the main pane, or Search, Filter or Sort for the required request(s).

The main pane shows some basic information about the brief requests. For more detail, click on the link in the Filename column. This opens the brief details for the selected brief request, with chat history (if any), and further Brief Information and Brief Details.

If the user has attached a file to the brief request, the filename and download symbol is displayed in the Attachments section. Click the download symbol to save a local copy of the file.

Note: If you want users to view and manage brief requests, add the Manage Brief Requests permission to their role.
