Managing Campaign Types

To start working with Campaign Types, select My Account followed by Manage Campaigns.

Note: To access this page, you need to have the Manage Campaign Types permission in your role.

If this is the first time you have accessed Brandgility, there will not be any Campaign Types to view.

  1. To create a new Campaign Type, click the Add Root Item button. The Manage Campaign Types window opens, as is shown below:

  1. Enter the Name (this is a required field) and the Description. Select the Background and Text Colour for the lozenge (the example will change).

  2. If relevant, click the Attribute + button to open the Attribute selection box. Select attributes that should be carried by campaigns of this Campaign type. For example, if you later wanted to set up a Campaign for a brand in a particular location, you could choose the Attributes: Brand and Market/Country. Click Select to confirm your selection.

  3. If relevant, select whether these attributes are mandatory and/or single or multi select. This can be set for any attribute.

  4. Finally, click Create to create your new Campaign Type. This will now be displayed on the Manage Campaign Type page and available for use when creating Campaigns.

Campaign Types are displayed alphabetically.
