Assigning multiple Roles to a User

Note: To access this feature, contact Elateral.

When this feature is switched on, you can assign multiple roles role to a single user.

To assign multiple roles to a user:

  1. Select My Account > Manage Users.

  2. Right-click on the required user's row.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Open the Roles drop-down. The available roles are shown.

  5. Tick one or more checkboxes of the roles you want to assign to the user.

  6. Click Update to save the changes.

The roles are listed alongside the user on the Manage Users page.

Note: The user can see the roles assigned to them in their user profile.
