| Access Control | Access (visibility) to content is controlled by attributes, which are assigned to both content and roles. |
| Address Book | User's personal addresses and can be selected as the order delivery destination. |
| Admin user | A user whose role is associated with one or more admin permissions. |
| Asset | Content item, these include Template, Library item, Static item. |
| Asset Type | Base format defining groups of similar content (assets), it includes the association of attributes. |
| Attribute | Metadata assigned to assets and campaigns. An attribute can be of the following types: text, number, list, date, image or country. |
| Campaign | A group of associated content items that might be ordered together using kitting. |
| Campaign Type | Base format defining campaigns of a similar nature, including the association of attributes. |
| Collection | A group of content items that can be shared with a Customer user. |
| Customer | Content is configured for an organization (business) e.g. with the addition of a logo. |
| Customer User | An individual that belongs to an Outlet, who may or may not have access to the application. |
| Download | A method of acquiring a local copy of a content items. This may be a Low-res, watermarked configured saved item, static item or configured output. |
| E-Delivery | A method of sharing content items electronically with a customer user. |
| Edit all | Functionality that allows configured field values to be replicated across multiple similar content items. |
| End user | A user who can only view 'Active' content and has no admin permission. |
| Filtering | Attributes shown on the search page which allow the user to further restrict the search results. |
| Kitting | The configuration of multiple assets (templates) within a campaign, using the "Edit all" functionality and then ordering as a single kit. |
| My Profile | User's own user profile and associated settings. |
| My Saved Item | A saved copy of a customized template or kit. Saved items can be named by the user. |
| Order | Request for the delivery of a customized item(s). |
| Order Reference | Reference number unique to each order. |
| Outlet | Individual customer establishment/store. Used as the default delivery address for orders. |
| Output | Published output from an order. |
| Output Type | The format of the final output e.g. PDF, PNG, BG. |
| Partners | Producers of outputs e.g. printers. |
| Partner User | A user who can only access the partner portal. Partner Users are assigned a partner role to establish their permissions. |
| Reference | Unique number per ordered item. |
| Role | A role consists of a set of permissions and content access control settings. |
| SSO Profile | The Single Sign On configuration against which a user profile is associated. |
| User | Person accessing the platform. Each user is associated with one or more roles. |
