Editing approvals that are pending

Approvers can edit configured output that is pending their approval if they have the required permission and the asset allows it.

For more information on setting the required permissions, see section 13.5.

To edit a design that is pending approval:

1. From My Account, select My Approvals.

2. From the list of Pending Approval, select the design you want to edit.

3. On the design preview page, in the top right corner, select . The configuration screen opens.

4. Edit the design as required.

5. Select Save.

6. When all edits are finished, then select Approve.
