Tile Lists

You can customize your pages with tile lists.

A tile list displays one or more tiles in a section on the page.

To add a tile list to a page:

1. Create a tile list.

2. Add tiles to your tile list.

3. Add your tile list to a page.

Creating a Tile List

To create a tile list:

1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Tile Lists.

2. Select to add a new tile list.

3. Configure the following options:

Name	Enter a name for your new tile list.
Limit Tiles on Row	To limit the number of tiles displayed in a single row and force them to wrap to the next line below: 1. Check the Limit Tiles on Row box. 2. From Tiles Per Row, select the maximum number of tiles displayed in a single row.
Display options	Configure how your tiles display in the tile list: - Enter the Tile Left Padding. - Enter the Tile Bottom Padding. - Pick the Tile Background Color. - Pick the Tile Text Color. - Enter the Tile Image Width. - Enter the Tile Image Height. - Pick the Arrow Color.
Display Tile Names	Check this box to display each tile's name (under each tile).
Tiles	Add tiles to your tile list. To change the order of your tiles, drag and drop the icon.

4. In the upper right corner, select Add.

5. In the upper right corner, select Save.

Adding Tiles to a Tile List

To add tiles to a tile list:

1. Select My Account > Manage UI > Tile Lists.

2. Create a new tile list, or select to edit an existing tile list.

3. In the Tiles section, select .

4. In Name, enter a name for your new tile.

5. From Tile Type, select the required type of tile.

Each tile type has its own configurable options:

Tile	Description
Dashboard Tile	Links to a dashboard page of your choice. Dashboard tile options: - In Image, upload your tile image. - In Alt tag, add alternative text. Read more about alternative text. - From Dashboard Pages, select the dashboard page that you want the tile to link to.
Dynamic Tile	Displays one or more dynamically generated tiles, from the user's visible content based on the specified search attribute. Dynamic tile options: - From Content Type, select the type of content that the tile will display (e.g. Asset) or All. - From Content Subtype, select a sub type of the specified Content type (e.g. Print Template) or All. - From Attribute, select an attribute (e.g. Brand). A tile will be displayed for each type of content found based on this attribute. The attribute image is used for the tile image.
Link Tile	When clicked, displays a custom link list. Link tile options: - In Image, upload your tile image. - In Alt tag, add alternative text. Read more about alternative text. - From Link List, select an existing link list to display.
Option Tile	Links to one of pre-configured Brandgility options. Option tile options: - In Image, upload your tile image. - In Alt tag, add alternative text. Read more about alternative text. - From Option Type, select an option that the tile will link to (e.g. Home or My Saved Items).
Static Tile	Displays a static image. Static tile options: - In Image, upload your tile image. - In Alt tag, add alternative text. Read more about alternative text. - Optional: In URL, enter a URL address that the tile will link to. - Check the Open In Separate Window box if you want the tile to open the page that it links to in a separate tab.
Text Message Tile	When clicked, displays a pop-up window with a custom text message. Text message tile options: - In Image, upload your tile image. - In Alt tag, add alternative text. Read more about alternative text. - In Text, enter and format the message to display.
Wizard Tile	When clicked, opens a series of option windows for the user to select from, based on the content visible to the user. The option windows depend on the specified Content types and attributes of the tile.Wizard tile options: - In Image, upload your tile image. - In Alt tag, add alternative text. Read more about alternative text. - In Wizard Behavior, select how you want the wizard window to appear on the screen. - From Content Type, select the type of content that the wizard window will display (e.g. Asset) or All. - From Content Subtype, select a sub type of the specified Content type (e.g. Print Template) or All. - In Wizard Steps, check the Display box for each attribute that you want the wizard window to use. - In Wizard Order, drag and drop the icon to change the order of elements displayed in the wizard window. - Wizard Prefilters allow you to filter the items that are shown in the Wizard Tile list. For each attribute selected in Wizard Steps, a prefilter is shown. Select the icon next to the attribute to choose which of its entries should be used as a preselection and then use the Select button to confirm your choice. The Wizard Tile will filter the content by the selected entry.

6. In Roles, select the types of user role that will be able to see the new tile. Use the "All Roles" option if everyone should see it. Read more about user roles.

7. In the top right corner, select Add.

8. In the top right corner, select Save.

9. In the top right corner, select Save.

Adding a Tile List to a Page

To add a tile list to a page:

7. Select My Account > Manage UI > Pages.

8. Create a new page, or select to edit an existing page.

9. Add a new section, or select to edit an existing section.

10. From Type, select Tile List.

11. From Item, select an existing tile list.

12. In the top right corner, select Save.

13. In the top right corner, select Save.

14. In the top right corner, select Save. To see your tile list, go to the edited page.
